Help Shape the Future of Resilient Leadership
You are invited to participate in a 15-minute research survey exploring how evolving workplace values are impacting resilience among mid-career professionals. This study is part of a doctoral research project at the University of Tampa’s Executive Doctorate of Business program.
The research seeks to understand how the post-COVID workplace has shifted values—and how those changes are influencing resilience, wellbeing, and leadership capacity. The goal is to inform future strategies for leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational sustainability.
Eligible participants are professionals who are 18 years or older, have at least three years of work experience, and identify as being in the mid-career stage (typically in their 30s to 50s). All industries and roles are welcome.
Participation is completely anonymous and confidential. The study has been approved by the University of Tampa’s Institutional Review Board (IRB). No identifying information is collected, and your responses will be used solely for academic research. If you have questions about the study, you may contact the researcher directly at Brynn.Scarborough@spartans.ut.edu.
This research is deeply connected to my work in leadership development and my belief that real tools must be grounded in real experiences. Your responses will contribute to the design of leadership resilience resources that help professionals lead with clarity, not depletion.
While the survey does not collect email addresses, you can stay informed by entering your contact information on the website’s contact form. This allows you to receive updates about the research and gain early access to leadership tools developed through this work.
